Return & Refund Policy

BipolarBear offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as you received it — unworn, unused, and undamaged

• With all original tags attached

• Returned in the original packaging

• Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at support@bipolarbear.shop. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
Please do not send back items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@bipolarbear.shop. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.
